Very nice location, recommended! We used the ODD fellow house for 2 weeks with a large group. The whole property is clean and everything is there. In addition, the contact with the landlord went very smoothly. Everything worked properly, had no problems with the technology at all. In the garden there is sun all day and you can sit out of the wind.
